I've merged Tom's E-notif patch to CVS HEAD for MediaWiki 1.5, with
some slight tweaks. Everybody please test to confirm that things aren't
broken in the default states or with the new options enabled.
You'll need to run the updaters (maintenance/update.php or run the
installer) to rearrange some bits in the database. user_newtalk has
been merged into watchlist, and watchlist entries are now split up for
separate entries for page & talk and have a last-viewed timestamp. User
entries also now have an e-mail authentication flag/timestamp.
