I don't see the point now that Wikisource has a localized interface.
You can choose the language you want in your preferences.
However there are a few changes that would be nice to complete the
localization. The main one is that the "Main page" link should redirect to
the localized main page, i.e. in French "Accueil" should lead to [[Accueil]].
