<http://wikisource.org/wiki/Wikisource:Subdomain_coordination> lacks 
info about this (which should be fixed), but policies vary among 
Wikisources. For instance, it.source avoids discussions about notability 
by allowing only works (and editions) already published by a 
"traditional publisher" elsewhere; en.source is less restrictive.
