Yes, that problem occurs with recent versions of Firefox.
I have fixed it, but the new code is not active yet.
As a temporary solution, you can disable the mouse
wheel zoom on the wiki, and use only the new zoom
method, where you draw a rectangle.

in Common.js, add :

 self.proofreadpage_disable_wheelzoom=true;
