Wikis have never been renamed as of now, but there's a big list of
wikis waiting to be renamed:
<https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=19986>

I suggest that you file a bug about the fiu-vro => vro change soon.
You should include a link confirming the new code and also include a
link to community consensus if possible.
