You mean existing MW devs who speak the language? That's doubtful.
These languages aren't German and Spanish.

If you mean potential new developers who speak te language, that's
slightly less doubtful, depending on the language. For example I don't
doubt that we could find a Konknni speaking developer but I am more
hesitant to say the same for Kabyle or Latgalian, and will absolutely
not say it for Saterfrisian.
