[Wikipedia-l] Creation of Portuguese Wikiversity

Hoi,
On the Meta request for new languages page, you enter a request. There is no
reason why a pt.wikiversity cannot get a conditional approval, you then
start a project on incubator to start the basics of your project. One other
requirement is the localisation for your language.

NB It is likely that by next week some 33 request will get conditional
approval.
