Good translation software, not like the stuff on
babelfish.altavista.com. Maybe a good base that can be
expanded by editors (which includes some in-house
wikipedia development).
Also, established university textbooks in various
technical and non-technical fields. Providing these to
the editors may improve on the "anti-elite" image of
wikipedia.
