[Wikipedia-l] Spambot attacking GeoWiki test wiki

Who is responsible for the Wiki at yf1019.yaseo.wikimedia.org? That one 
has been filled with many spamlinks, including the current "gayholmes" 
massive spambot run. Why does that wiki not use the antispam list from 
meta? Who is the resonsible admin there? I have just cleaned all the 
spam I could find, but as the bots keep running there needs to be some 
more permanent action.
