Ah, almost forgot: first read the directions in my previous e-mail; if 
you have administrator privileges at the Tajik Wikipedia, you can edit 
<http://tg.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Edittools> using the 
"charinsert" syntax found at 
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Edittools>. This will create an 
insert box *below* the Summary line and Save and Preview buttons. If you 
want the box to appear between the edit box and Summary line, place the 
code in <http://tg.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Copyrightwarning> instead.
