[Wikipedia-l] Copyrighted music on wikipedia.

There are so many people who can hold copyright on a music recordings  
that of today it is nearly impossible for us to clear their rights.

The only viable solution would be to clearly idenfify what recordings  
can be said PD or can be used under fair use or droit d'auteur  
limitations.

This is a sensitive topic since the music industry is much eager to  
sue than anything else...
