Here is my attempt:

"I am a Japanese student.
Although up until now I had experienced no inconveniences while using
Wikipedia, this time, I found some errors and misconceptions in a few
articles.
You guys seem to think "If lots of people contribute, errors are
naturally revised, imperfect parts will be removed, and bad editors
will be expelled".
Surely this is true if "many reasonable people, very few unreasonable
people and liars" are collected.
However, in the case that "many unreasonable people and liars, very
few reasonable people" are collected, the premise fails.

If many people are interested and there are many active contributors,
surely things won't head in this direction.

The rest of his message seems to be criticism and advice on Wikipedia
and the like. If somebody else doesn't get to it first, I'll translate
the rest tomorrow. But it's late here now, and I need some sleep.
