New bot idea:
* For an atricle with interwiki links
* that does *not* have an image
* check all interwiki links if they have an image
* Make a list like

"* [[:de:Zeug]] has no image, but its equivalent at [[:en:Stuff]] does"

Then go and upload suitable images on commons, and add them to the
imageless articles.
