That would be a nice wiki to start!  Old Norse already has the language code
"non," though.  Old Norse has a rich literature and would be quite easy to
get started...there are several Old Norse mailing lists, and lots of people
who could contribute.  If I could a vote for non.wikipedia.org, I would.
