Trying to understand you, certainly I made a wrong presuming on what
you
meant. (But now I guess I understand you: Regular radio broadcasts by
the
Vatican are made by living humans; people writing the Quenyan wikipedia
wouldn't be living humans).
Sorry, I guess I did not manage to correctly convey what I wanted to
get across: Latin is not a 'dead' language, in the sense that it is
still used today by actual people to communicate information (as
opposed to being used because the speakers find the use of the language
itself interesting, cool or whatever positive feeling they get). In
other words: It is used by people in the same way that you and me are
using English.
