I propose that we use something like fiu-voro as
the language code
(there is no ethnolgue code for Voro because it lists it as a dialect
of Estonian).
The issue of a code nonwithstanding, I think it should be set up right away.

There is a code for Voro in the upcoming version of ISO-639 it will be vor.
