[Wikipedia-l] max allowed packets

Hi,

While trying to import either the old or cur data for wikipedia, I get the following error message:

[root at lnx1 beth]# mysql -uspider -p wikipedia < wikipedia_cur_table.sql
Enter password:
ERROR 1153 at line 1018: Got a packet bigger than 'max_allowed_packet'

I am using MySQL 4.0.  Please advise.
