In the coming 1.4 mediawiki software there will be, if I am well 
informed, a new option in the user preferences that allow you to select 
a user interface. This would allow for having Nynorsk, Danish, Dutch or 
Chinese as your userinterface.

1.4 will be there before the end of the year is the plan. Otherwise this 
could end up in 1.4.1 ??
