Perhaps, as Andre suggested, we could limit them to editing by
logged-in users only?
In addition, I would be very happy to keep an eye on such an RC, an
example of one such arrangement already existing for all Indic
Wikipedias can be found at: http://www.bloglines.com/public/Wikimedia
