[Wikipedia-l] Requests for new Wikipedias?

One thing that gets me irritated is that you do not use 1 or 2
messages for Friulian, but over 20 already. That quickly destroys any
wish to support you. After 3 or 4 messages, the reaction changes to
"we know that already". At least for me.
