[Wikipedia-l] wikimage startup?

To "seed" this, I suggest importing all images and their description
from en.wikipedia which link to either [[public domain]] or [[GFDL]].
This should take only a SQL dump and a brief script. It would be pure
horror to re-upload all of these manually!
