That was the requested behaviour, it's working properly. Originally
there were problems with updating the link table -- links within msg
tags were registered in the link table, then not updated when the
message itself was updated. People complained, and one particular
solution was particularly popular.
The link cache is disabled while processing inclusions, thereby
preventing any links within the message from being entered into the link
table. Additionally, a link is registered pointing from the article to
the message. If you go to:

You'll see that [[Magyar uralkodók listája]] is listed there.
One problem still remains with inclusion, and that is that the squid
cache and client cache are not cleared when included messages are
updated. This is fixed in CVS.
