Yes, but the French organisation managing domain names just said that it will 
ease the registration of .fr domain names, i.e. a trademark won't be 
necessary anymore, but it will still be only possible for companies. I am not 
sure what it will mean by "only possible for companies" (only organisations 
or only commercial companies).
