The strongest argument I would have in favor of separating databases is
that sites copying our user page take a version at a given moment. The
day after, the copy they have may not be accurate any more. We may have
changed our minds on a comment, decided to remove a picture from us. In
the worse case, the page may be copied just after a vandal wrote "you
are a jerk" (not to say worse).
And we do not have any possibility to fix that.
That is embarassing
