Yes, I just went there and it seems to
be back up, but I still get 

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /wiki.cgi on this server. 
Apache/1.3.22 Server at nupedia.com Port 80"

When trying to see the index.
http://ia.wikipedia.com/wiki.cgi?action=index

Is this a no-no, it probably takes up quite a 
few clicks on the poor Pliny...

The Recent Changes works fine though.
