[Wikipedia-l] Cheating on logo voting

Perhaps we could count the votes in multiple ways in order to see if
they are legitimate, and whether it affects the outcome?
For example: (1) count all votes (2) count all votes except those from
anon. ips. (3) count all votes for users who are 'substantial'
contributors. If there's no difference in the final results, then we
just don't worry about it.
It would be interesting to see if there is any one contribution that
is getting a lot of 'illegal' votes. If so, we could take appropriate
action.
