I think it might be a good idea to buy it for at least the most active 
Wikipedias, where there is press coverage happening.  Sure, to be fair 
we should have it for all of them, but maybe the top 5-10 active 
Wikipedias should be a higher priority, since that's where people are 
most likely to get confused.
