I believe it was mentioned before that 142.177.*.* is associated with 
Sympatico in Canada.  This ISP is related to the company that provides 
telephone service in much of Canada.  Thus anybody who chooses to use 
the ISP recomended by the telephone company could have this.  That's a 
lot of people who may not be the most savvy on the net.
