[Wikipedia-l] Proposal: Introduce Editor Responsibilities?

I just came from the open directory project (ODP) http://dmoz.org/ , a kind
of non-commercial Yahoo!, and was thinking about whether this model of
responsible editorship (at ODP for certain subcategories) also can/should
work for Wikipedia (application & resposibility for certain titles). Do not
think that I am discontent with the quality of WP's entries. Just a (future)
