[Wikipedia-l] Red links

As the majority on the list (including myself) seems to favor the "red 
links" instead of the "?" for broken links, and after (one) positive 
feedback from the German list as well, I committed the appropriate 
change to the CVS repository. It should affect only not-logged-in users. 
The change will go online as soon as someone updates the running software.
