Something is seriously broken at the moment -- articles are appearing 
and disappearing, seemingly at random, without any record in Recent 
Changes. I suggest taking a backup now, in case the site collapses.

On the other hand, speed is /excellent/ at the moment, but there's not 
much point in contributing, given that
a) any edits might be lost, and
b) making edits may destabilise the system further....
