[Wikipedia-l] can't delete subpages

This bug can be worked around. Manually edit the URL that gives you a 404 
during deletion and replace the URL-encoded slashes (%2F, I believe) with 
ordinary slashes. So, for example, 
"http://www.wikipedia.com/blahblah?Svalbard%2Fsubpage?action=whatever" 
would become 
"http://www.wikipedia.com/blahblah?Svalbard/subpage?action=whatever".
