It's still at http://www.wikipedia.com/upload/jj.jpg (I've been repeatedly 
hitting reload on the upload page and getting timeouts). Does it look like an 
example or illustration for an encyclopedia? Not to me. It looks to me more 
like an Arab is using our website as a dead drop.
