It is the same whit the Dutch wikipedia, last index is from 25 - 06 -
2002  - If you use the option to "add a url" to google, google will
index the site again.

But befor you do that, and force the registration of the new .org
domain, it must clear of the English Wikipedia will use en.wikipedia.org
or not.
