I think it would be polite to acknowledge the materials taken from his
site with a boilerplate note at the bottom of the article containing a
link back, similar to what we have been doing with FOLDOC materials,
see e.g. [[TeX]]. For that, it would also be useful to save the
permission email somewhere on Wikipedia, like [[Public Domain
Resources/Hostkingdom licence]]. And the site should be added to
[[Public Domain Resources]] of course.
