Nice! A few minor points:
* The " thing made me stop for a moment, though; does it 'copy' the line 
above (in the future) or the line below (in the past)?
* On "hide multiple edits", "changes" used to link to the history page. 
Maybe the leading "(hist)" link could not be displayed in this mode, and 
the "changes" could link to the history instead?
* Do we get all these nice settings in the user preferences as well?
* There should be a "list new changed only" link, with encoded date in 
the link. Shouldn't be much work to hack.
