Done. Note that if you've got it set to save your password, you'll have 
to relogin manually the first time you come back, since your login 
cookie from www.wikipedia.com doesn't transfer automatically to 
www.wikipedia.org.

(Note that the other-language wikis are still on *.wikipedia.com; I 
recommend transferring their URLs to .org along with the software. 
Which, I am reminded, we should start doing real soon now. I'll finish 
up tweaking those translation files...)
