Do we know who maintains their software? If they would agree to use 
Phase III software, it wouldn't matter at all where their server is 
located; everything would still have the same "look and feel" (apart 
from all the nice functions, of course). The software is GPL, so the Big 
Bad Bomis american capitalist globalist company wouldn't harass them ;-)
