[Wikipedia-l] Special pages - the long lost articles

Hi,

Is there buried somewhere a kind of special page that
lists articles not edited for a long time (say 4 months) and additionally
being short articles ?
If not, would it be helpful to create such page ?

I also would like to draw you attention to the short articles
special page. There are dozens of articles that need expansion or deletion.
