I have set up a wiki for Arabic and Hungarian now.  They exist as
"http://ar.wikipedia.com", "http://ara.wikipedia.com", "http://oar.wikipedia.com"
"http://arabic.wikipedia.com", "http://hu.wikipedia.com",
"http://hun.wikipedia.com", and "http://hungarian.wikipedia.com".  Let
me know if there is anything else needed.
