Printable version (was RE: [Wikipedia-l] Why Wikipedia needs linkbacks)

Catching up with old mail, here.

The "printable version" is pretty slick.

I think it would be better to leave links off entirely (just delete all
<a> tags), for purposes of printing.

The bottom-of-page text, i.e.,

	This article is from Wikipedia (http://wikipedia.com), the free
	online encyclopedia. You can find this article at
	http://wikipedia.sourceforge.net/fpw/wiki.phtml?title=Main_Page

is just fine.
