[Wikipedia-l] Upgrading the wikis

Jason, Lee, Andreas, what is the latest on this?  Can we get this fixed soon
if it's not yet?

I was surprised to see diacritical marks in the titles and in the *URLs* on
sv.wikipedia.com, which I thought was very cool.  And the URLs worked!
