[Wikipedia-l] Alternative language wikipedias

Vote for nihongo.wikipedia.com.
Question: Can people who do not have Japanese Language 
Support on their computers see kanji, katakana, hiragana?
i.e. is www.asahishinbun.com viewable on a regular PC, 
Mac??? I thought not.
