I have permission to use extracts from the Track "When You're Down" under CC-BY

Jason has fallen foul of "easier to ask forgiveness than permission", mainly
because I was not clear enough in IRC.

Anything uploaded to Commons should be deleted until I've got approved bits to
go up and be used.  Then people can go back to cutting songs in mid-bar.
