[Wikinews-l] Scandinavian Wikinews

Hi,

since this is a significant difference from the way we are currently 
doing things, I believe there needs to be a vote on this first. Please 
organize a vote on Meta on whether the Scandinavian Wikinewses should be 
separate, or united, and announce it widely, especially on the 
sv.wikinews.org Village Pump.

If there's a majority in support for a united Scandinavian Wikinews, we 
can use sv.wikinews.org for it.
