I've faced issues in the past while posting to some Indic-language mailing lists. So we can actually start a common conversation (may be on Meta-Wiki), listing all the Indic-communities' mailing lists along with the
<span style="font-size:small;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-color:initial;float:none;display:inline">admins/moderators</span>
(active/inactive).
