Hoi,
The reason why I would welcome the revival of more languages and the
creation of new languages is because as a consequence there is a boost in
the localisation for that language. This in turn provide the biggest push
for a better usability. This is something we cannot do for you. This is
where we need our Indian communities. Even without the prospect of a new
project it is more then worthwhile to finish the localisation for MediaWiki
and its extensions.
