[Wikimediaindia-l] Delhi Chapter (User:AroundTheGlobe)

Not having expectations is not anybody's fault.
Simply saying that the chapter isn't doing anything for your community and
is doing for thr other without substantial proof is however somebody's
fault.
I'll let you figure out whose fault it is.
