But I believe the site , as of now, doesn't allow file uploads.
Time to move to Wikimedia servers, so that commons images can be reused
directly?

Will also help if we are hosting our future India newsletters on
wikimedia.in ...

I have also added the office positions, per MoA , to
http://wikimedia.in/wiki/Executive_Committee_Members. How about a short bio
like foundation website on Board members & Adv Board members ?
