[Wikimediaindia-l] Commons being blocked in most places.

The sense of porn differs culture to cultures. We cannot rely on that. And
I think we have talked enough in this matter. As far as I know Commons is
blocked in Iran, and it's their call. Commons is here to host educational
and informational images and to server other Wikimedia projects by hosting
free files. As soon as they are okay, with all those, they are okay with
Commons.
